As a way to say thank you for every introduction that we receive, that results in a successful placement, we have created our referral program where you can earn $300 for each referral! It is a way for us to serve existing relationships, create new connections, and make a valuable impact on organizations and individuals that have been referred.
REFERRAL PROGRAM DETAILS
Clients
- Refer your personal connection who handles hiring decisions for actively open legal positions that may be interested in our recruiting services.
- If we have not connected with your referral in the past year and we are able to make at least one placement, you receive a $300 check from us!
- The placement must meet the guarantee period and we offer one bonus per client referral.
- We guarantee that will not reach out to any referral provided without speaking to you first.
Candidates
- Refer your personal connection who has qualifying experience in the legal workforce and is actively seeking employment.
- If your referral has not previously connected with us in the past year and we are able to find them their dream job, you receive a $300 thank you from us!
- The referred candidate must meet the guaranteed period and cannot be an employee of one of Hillcrest Staffing’s active clients.
- We guarantee that we will not reach out to your referral until we have spoken to you first.
